Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours.

Order Fulfillment

Occasionally, due to fluctuations in inventory, we may be unable to fulfill an order. If we are unable to provide the product(s) you ordered, we will cancel your order, notify you as soon as possible, and issue a full refund for the cost of the product(s) as well as any prepaid shipping charges.

• Weather-Related Delays: Once a package has shipped, any delays caused by severe weather conditions during transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier; we have no control over such situations.

International Shipping

We greatly appreciate the support and patronage of our international customers. Please note that the items you purchase must comply with all applicable embargoes and international trade regulations. We assume no liability if your order is seized by law enforcement authorities in your country or region. To avoid potential issues, we recommend that you consult with your local customs office prior to placing an order to familiarize yourself with relevant import regulations.

Furthermore, in addition to shipping charges, customers located outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all costs associated with importation—including, but not limited to, taxes and/or duties. These fees will be collected by the carrier during the delivery process. The listed shipping rates cover transportation costs only.
